Insurances Based Services
Your Home Audiologist accepts a wide range of insurance for audiology services, such as exams and hearing aid benefits. She is not a third-party hearing aid provider, meaning she works directly with you and your insurance rather than through a separate distribution network. This keeps your care independent, personalized, and focused entirely on what is best for you. If you would like to use your insurance for any audiology service, benefits are verified at no additional cost.
For insurance verification, the following is required prior to scheduling:
Front and back photos of your insurance card.
Your date of birth or a photo ID.

Transparent Pricing
Ear Cleaning:
$250
Comprehensive Audiological Evaluation:
$200
Hearing Aid Evaluation:
$200
(includes a demonstration and up to two weeks with demo hearing aids when available)
Hearing Aid Maintenance:
$375
(includes check, cleaning, programming, adjustments, and real ear verification)
Custom Ear Mold Impressions:
$100 per ear
(a house call fee typically applies, see below)
House Call Fee:
varies based on location (see below)
Parking:
Parking garage or lot fees will apply where there is no driveway or street parking available.
House Call Fees
For patients within Central New Jersey, most in-home appointments include no additional travel fee. For locations outside the Central NJ service area, a travel fee may apply based on distance and service type. Any travel fee is confirmed when booking, with no surprises.
Note: a house call fee typically applies to custom ear mold impression appointments. The exact amount is confirmed when you book.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes plans change. A 24-hour notice is appreciated if you need to reschedule, so Your Home Audiologist can offer that time to another patient. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $25 fee. To adjust an appointment, just reach out. We are here to help.
